Shipping policy

We will endeavour to dispatch deliveries within 48 hours after receipt of payment. 

NEW ZEALALND SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped via Tracked NZ Post.  Shipping is calculated on check out.  We do allow pickups however please make arrangements prior to collection by phoning 0274494489 or email: sales@hitchpost.co.nz

We will provide you with a reference number to track the progress of your package online.  Typically, most items will be received within 2-4 business days following the date of purchase.  

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING:

Once we know the destination address we can quote the freight.  Email Hitchpost your delivery address and we will reply ASAP with a quote for freight.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We are only shipping to New Zealand and Australia destinations at the present time.  If you wish to have an order sent to another country please send us an email and we will work with you to facilitate your request.
